Article 2: Object
1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the necessary information for the user on the methods of ordering, sale, payment and delivery of purchases made on the above website.
Article 3: Ordering
1. The Customer may send his order on this website, through the purchasing process called "check-out", after having used the online device, by selecting "Add to basket" from the online catalogue displayed on the website.
2. To send his or her order the Customer must add the information and choose the options that are made available to him or her throughout the "check-out" process (delivery and billing address; shipping method; payment method among others requested).
3. By placing an order, the Customer fully and completely accepts the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as the general sales conditions that will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
4. The non-acceptance of the order or the return of the same due to lack of information at the address, incomplete address, not attending the reception will have reshipping costs, if the customer chooses to return the order after it has been sent will not be returned the value of the postage, if the order has included the value of the postage will be discounted the minimum fee of 3.5 € to be deducted from the amount to return.

The delivery times indicated during the checkout process are for mainland Portugal. To know delivery times for other destinations please contact us.
Article 5: Payment
1. vapepod.store offers the Customer the following payment methods: ATM, MBWay, VISA, MasterCard, Bank Transfer.
2. The Customer pays a lump sum corresponding to the costs of handling the order (shipping costs etc).
3. vapepod.store guarantees maximum confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the Internet.
Article 6: Prices
1. Prices are to be understood in euros, including taxes, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.

The prices displayed at the check-out process always correspond to the most up-to-date prices in force; however, they shall only be considered valid as long as they are visible on this website on a refreshed page (pages that are not refreshed may show prices that are no longer in force). The price displayed is only guaranteed under these conditions and only after the order has been duly registered.
Article 7: Discounts

These discounts represent a commitment during the period advertised, but always on condition that the order is completed by the Customer, through "check-out" and paid for, by the end of that period. Storing a product in the "Shopping Basket" does not guarantee its price or discount.
ATTENTION:
No retraction will be accepted
- If the returned product is unfit for further commercialisation.
- If the goods are likely to deteriorate or quickly become out of date;
- If they are goods that have been opened and after delivery and for reasons of health protection or hygiene cannot be returned;
- If you have removed labels or damaged the item.
- If manufacturer's seals have been broken.
Consequently:
- in the unlikely event of the item being delivered damaged, and for the purposes of activating the guarantee, the return postage will be borne by the customer, who, upon receipt of the goods by vapepod.store, will be sent another equal replacement without any additional costs.
- the product must be returned in perfect condition, preferably in its original packaging, to avoid any damage during transport.
If the return does not meet these conditions the product will be returned to the consumer at his expense.
vapepod.store reserves the right to apply a penalty in case of manipulation of the goods that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
Article 9: Liability
vapepod.store shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damage caused to the Customer by the use of the Internet network, such as: service disruption, external intrusion, anomalies caused by computer viruses or any other case of force majeure.
Article 10: Applicable Law and Competent Court
1. The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through this website is Portuguese law.
